Reservation, Cancellation/Refund Terms and Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and Subject

This agreement governs the terms of accommodation services between CAPPADOCIA CAVE RESORT HOTELS – EKİN REKLAMCILIK VE TURİZM LTD. ŞTİ. (the "Hotel") and the guest making a reservation via the website (the "Customer"). Reservations are processed securely via HotelRunner infrastructure.

2. Stay Conditions

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:00. Children aged 0-6 stay free of charge; children aged 7 and above are charged 50% of the room rate with an extra bed. Baby cots are free of charge. Pets are welcome.

Indoor and outdoor pools are for shared use; children under 10 are not admitted. Day-use pool access is 2500 TL.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Promotional, discounted and early-booking reservations are non-refundable and fall outside the standard cancellation terms. For other reservations, the applicable cancellation window is communicated at the time of booking.

Force majeure events such as death or accident are treated as exceptions; cancellations outside this scope are subject to the standard terms. Cancellation requests due to health reasons are assessed separately upon documentation.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment is collected securely via HotelRunner at the time of booking. E-invoices are issued to guests. Prices vary by room type and period; current rates are displayed via HotelRunner.

5. Liability and Disputes

In force majeure events the Hotel reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service. Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
