Cappadocian cuisine is known for pottery kebab, clay-pot dishes, dried apricot and regional wines. CCR’s restaurant presents that palette in starters, grills and local wines, open 12:00–22:30.

Room service is available. Alcohol is sold on site; bringing outside alcohol is not permitted. For diets and allergies, reach the kitchen via reception.

A valley-view dinner after a balloon day becomes a slow ritual. First-time guests often eat at the hotel after Red and Green tours, rather than ending the day in Göreme crowds.

Meeting and wedding groups plan menus around the Zöhre Çankaya hall. Capacity reaches 600 indoors and 300 outdoors.

A separate restaurant booking is not required with your stay; on busy evenings, a note to reception still shortens the wait.
